Lennar client begins by selecting a deck number, decking brand and color with the option to add stairs or post wraps. In addition, they will be able to choose from 3 colors of aluminum railing Black, Bronze, White. The Lennar client then selects their choice of color matched or white fascia (vertical side of deck). Afterward, the Lennar salesperson fills out the drawing request form with model, LO or WO basement, garage side, deck size and options. Deck and Basement Company plans show the deck placed on 3D model with selected options shown. This will go back to the Lennar client, and they will either approve the drawing or request revisions until approved. Upon client approval, we will issue permit plans and schedule build. Permits take 1-2 weeks minimum, plan for 3-4 weeks from approval for existing/spec home build time. Any deviations from standard sizes or options will be custom priced and sent through purchasing. Please note and send survey with any requests that have wetland buffer or non standard set backs.

Select between four deck sizes, specific to each Lennar home plan:

- Size Two ~ 225 sq. ft.
- Size Three ~ 275 sq. ft.
- Size Four ~ 325 sq. ft.
- Grill Deck 6' x 8' or 6' x 14'
